All engineering majors enroll in a robust core of challenging math and science courses, including an engineering core of 29 credits, a math/science core of 31 credits, and also a concentration of 16 upper-level credits in either mechanical engineering or computer engineering.

EMU's Bachelor of Science in Engineering program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, https://www.abet.org, under the General Criteria.
