Our Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Organizational Management (LOM) with an Aviation Concentration prepares students to become professional pilots and leaders in the aviation industry.

While a college degree is not mandatory for pilots, it is highly desirable for aviation professionals like airline pilots, corporate pilots, flight instructors, mission and humanitarian aviators, and aviation safety inspectors. With a solid knowledge of aviation and leadership principles, graduates of this program are highly sought-after in the aviation industry.

ATS LogoEMU at Lancaster collaborates with Aero-Tech Services, Inc., an FAA-approved Part 141 Pilot School, to provide ground and pilot training. Flight training takes place at the Aero-Tech facility at Lancaster Airport in Lititz, Pennsylvania. 

EMU's partnership with this specialized training provider represents an integrated and collaborative approach to delivering a collegiate aviation program.
