CMBA

Our hyper-connected global society has complex challenges that require new leaders equipped with high-level skills and deep understanding of the world. Canadian Mennonite University, Eastern Mennonite University, and Goshen College have combined to bring you a highly differentiated MBA program.

Many MBA programs primarily focus on developing technical skills.  The Collaborative MBA includes those skills and adds in an emphasis on the relational and organizational skills needed to be an effective leader.  During and following their studies, our students find themselves making new contributions to the leadership of current or, in some cases, new organizations.

This collaborative MBA recognizes that you enter this program with experience, skills, and expertise. Students have the opportunity to learn from a diverse faculty with curriculum designed to honor and embrace your experiences. Regardless of your professional background, you will continue the life-long process of strengthening your management skills, developing your leadership style, and articulating the stewardship strategies necessary to achieve greater success in business.

Why our program?
