Hillside Suites house students who have lived on campus for at least 4+ semesters in suite-style housing or those students age 20+ by September 1. Hillside contracts are for one full academic year (fall and spring). A maximum of four persons can live in a suite.

- mixture of transfer and returning students
- Two or four bedroom suites (doubles and singles), living/dining area, kitchen, full bath
- carpeted rooms
- Air conditioned with separate controls in each suite
- loft/bunk systems available
- Laundry facilities on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor.
- Approximately 768 square feet (Two-person), and 861 Square feet (Four-person)
Furnished suites include:
- Living area: sofa, love seat, end table, coffee table
- Kitchen/Dining area: double sink, refrigerator/freezer, oven/range, microwave, garbage disposal, table, four dining chairs
- Bedrooms: one desk, chair, bed, wardrobe, and dresser per person
Utilities: All utilities including electricity, university phone service, ethernet and wireless internet, water, sewer and trash pick-up are included in the housing fee.
Types of suites
Four-person Doubles:
Four-person Double suites have two bedrooms with two beds in each. There is a single-room
fee per semester for students who have their own room, unless they are willing to
have a roommate assigned to their room. Students sharing a bedroom with a roommate
pay the double room rate. The overall size of the suite is roughly the same as a Four-person
Single suite.
Four-person Singles:
Four-person Single suites have four bedrooms in each suite with one bed in each room,
and each room requires a unique key. The overall size of the suite is the same as
a Four-person Double suite, but the bedrooms are smaller.
Two-person Singles:
Two-person Single suites have two single bedrooms, with one bed in each room. These
are the smallest suites, designed specifically for two students.
