In past years EMU’s cross-cultural programs have included study in over 80 cultural contexts and locations, including Central America, the Middle East, Ireland, Lithuania, Austria, Germany, Tanzania, Ivory Coast, Harlem and Native American reservations. Also, each semester students participate in the Washington Community Scholars’ Center, an internship program that combines on-the-job learning with intentional community and life in D.C. You can read more about our past programs below.
