Joanna Greenawalt is the Graduate Recruitment Specialist for Eastern Mennonite University’s MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Graduate Business, and Graduate Teacher Education programs. She works closely with prospective students, providing personalized guidance throughout the admissions process as they explore the academic path that best fits their goals. Joanna is an alumna of EMU’s Center for Justice and Peacebuilding and has professional experience in Harrisonburg’s public school system. With a background in education, she is passionate about listening to students’ stories and supporting them as they clarify their academic, professional, and personal aspirations. She is currently continuing her own education as a student in EMU’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program.

Stephanie Jensen serves as the Graduate Recruitment Specialist for our Biomedicine and Graduate Nursing programs at Eastern Mennonite University. She works closely with prospective students, providing personalized guidance throughout the admissions process and supporting individuals as they explore advanced study in the health sciences. With a strong background in recruitment, communications, and student engagement, Stephanie is passionate about helping students navigate their academic pathways and connect their goals with programs that prepare them for meaningful, service-oriented careers in healthcare.

Wendy has transitioned into her role as Recruitment & Enrollment Specialist at EMU Lancaster from a background in public school, where she served as a Learning Coach and Technical Support Assistant. Her passion for helping students achieve success initially manifested at the high school level and has now extended into higher education. Wendy finds fulfillment in meeting new people and contributing to her community's educational landscape.

Outside of work, Wendy cherishes spending time with her family, which includes her loving husband, two adult children, a dog, and three cats, all residing in Lititz. Her favorite pastimes include reading, traveling with her family, and enjoying time with friends.

Adam King is the Graduate Recruitment Specialist for Eastern Mennonite University’s Seminary programs and the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding. He works with prospective students and applicants to navigate the application process and is especially passionate about journeying with applicants in their discernment process. Adam is an alumnus of the Seminary graduating in 2018 with a Master of Divinity. He also holds a Master of Sacred Theology from Union Theological Seminary in NYC. He previously worked for over a decade in various pastoral ministry positions in both Harrisonburg and Stafford Virginia.
