Workshops available on a range of topics including finding your career path, résumés & cover letters, interview preparation, networking & job searching, etc. If you assign a class of students to schedule an appointment in Career Services, contact us so we can block out appointment times.

College Central Network
Comprehensive career development information including career planning, résumés, cover letters, thank you letters, practice interviewing, company research, and much more. Online jobs board with employment, service, and internship opportunities posted specifically for EMU students and alumni (also includes national jobs board). Students can upload résumés and be recruited directly by employers. Faculty may forward opportunities to be posted to Career Services and may encourage employers to post directly.
Recruit A Royal on LinkedIn
A place for recruiters and EMU students and alumni to connect and share opportunities. Faculty are free to post departmental opportunities and encourage recruiters to post here as well.
The Mentor: An Academic Advising Journal
A free electronic publication about academic advising in higher education. The goal is to provide a mechanism for the rapid dissemination of new ideas about advising and for ongoing discourse about advising issues.
