Graduation Honors

Academic Honors are awarded to baccalaureate students who have earned a cumulative grade point average of 3.6 or above (A = 4.0) and with no grade below "C-" at EMU. To qualify for graduation honors, a student must have completed at least 48 [31 for LOM programs] graded semester hours at EMU.  The honor and corresponding grade point average are listed as follows:

 Summa Cum Laude 3.90 – 4.00 GPA
 Magna Cum Laude 3.80 – 3.89 GPA
 Cum Laude 3.60 – 3.79 GPA
