Apartment Rentals
EMU is currently undergoing some changes to the spaces it has available to students. Included in this change is an increase of on-campus housing options available to Graduate Students.
These housing options cater to a range of preferences and budgets, ensuring that you find the perfect fit for your needs. While we don't offer single apartment options, the available choices include:
- Shared Facilities:
- Private bedroom with shared facilities with up to 5 other people.
- 2-Person Apartments:
- Private bedroom and private bathroom in a 2-person apartment.
If you are a current or incoming Graduate Student, you can express your interest in living on-campus by completing the Graduate Student Housing Form.
If you are a current EMU Undergradaute student, you can learn all about your housing options by logging into my.emu.edu and then clicking on the "Housing" tab.
If you are an incoming EMU Undergraduate student (First year or transfer) please ensure you complete the housing form that your admissions counsellor will send to you as part of your enrollment package. If you want to learn more about housing options before you are enrolled, you can visit emu.edu/housing.
