Apartment Rentals
EMU owns several rental apartment complexes that are available to Graduate and Non-traditional undergraduate students on a first-come, first-served basis. EMU Housing will manage landlord/tenant relationships.
- Mt. Clinton Apartments: 2 bedroom, 2-4 people and/or small family unit
- Village Apartments: 1 bedroom, single person or couple
- Spruce Lawn Apartments: 2 bedroom, unfurnished, 1-2 people or small family unit
