Mt. Clinton Apartments
A housing opportunity for graduate students and seminary students
EMU is pleased to provide students with the opportunity to live in an apartment complex adjacent to campus. The one-building complex is located on Mt. Clinton Pike (see map), and includes seven two-bedroom apartments.
Residents of the EMU-owned Mount Clinton Apartments must be graduate students at EMU, maintain a 2.0 GPA and have no major disciplinary incidents on their record. In the case of a married couple, one spouse must be a student. A maximum of four persons can live in an apartment.

Cost
Rent/Billing: Rent for Mt Clinton Apartments is $600 per person. This amount is billed to your student account.
Utilities: All utilities including electricity, university phone service, wireless internet water, sewer and trash pick-up are included in the rent. Tenant covers cable.
