Golden Alumni

The EMU Golden Alumni are made up of alumni who graduated more than 50 years ago. Every year at Homecoming, the 50 year reunion class is inducted into the society.

Induction Ceremony

Although the induction ceremony is not required to become a Golden Alumni member, it is a fun event that alumni look forward to every year. The ceremony often includes reflections from alumni about their life post-EMU, remarks from classmates and EMU Advancement leadersand, and space for connection.

Golden Alumni Scholarship

Alumni serving on the Golden Alumni Committee know there are students who want to attend EMU, but need generous financial support to do so. Multiple scholarships are awarded each year. Existing and rising Golden Alumni are invited to contribute to this endowed scholarship to impact a greater number of EMU undergraduates each and every year.
