The Visual and Communication Arts Department (VACA) offers the majors Digital Media, Photography, and Design; Art; Art Education; and Marketing.

These majors prepare students to pursue professional jobs in a variety of careers and to pursue graduate work in an array of programs.

EMU's extensive collection of quality cameras, lenses and other equipment give students the edge in internships and careers.
