In a new partnership, Eastern Mennonite Seminary is collaborating with the world-renowned Center for Justice and Peacebuilding at Eastern Mennonite University to offer a graduate certificate in faith-based peacebuilding.

The Graduate Certificate in Faith-Based Peacebuilding blends skills and practices for leading communities in times of conflict with reflection on the theological commitments embodied in these practices.

The certificate is designed for faith community leaders who want to respond more effectively to social conflicts as they arise in their community and those who seek faith-informed social engagement in the complex justice issues of their communities.

Gain skills and practices to identify, discuss, and lead communities through conflict. Blend Anabaptist perspectives on scripture, theology, cultural studies, and ethics with strategies to respond to social conflict.

Online or on campus, join EMU's dynamic interfaith community learning together to move towards dialogue, transformation, and healing.

The inaugural cohort for this program will begin on August 30, 2022. Don't miss out on this opportunity to equip yourself to transform your community. Bring your lived wisdom to this vital conversation and learn alongside others whose faith informs their deep desire to build peace.
