New Teacher Institute
A professional development opportunity for new educators.
This professional development initiative is designed specifically for early-career teachers (in their first to third years of teaching) in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley. It aims to tackle the unique challenges faced by new educators while fostering a vibrant sense of community among peers.
The New Teacher Institute will equip new and returning teachers with practical tools,
strategies, and skills to ease the transition into the classroom and enhance their
instructional effectiveness. By focusing on actionable pedagogical techniques, the
Institute empowers educators to navigate the challenges of early-career teaching with
confidence.
