October 29th 6-8 p.m. - at Bluestone Vineyard - Cluster to Cork: What is Wine and What Can It Be? Join winemaker Lee Hartman on a tour of the production facility at Bluestone Vineyard and learn about where wine comes from, how it is made, and what makes every bottle of wine different. From the vineyard, to the crush pad, barrel room to bottling, learn about the processes that craft Bluestone's wines into something to be shared every day and on special occasions.
November 19th 6-8 p.m. - at Rootstock Wine Bar - The World of Wine: Traveling the World without Leaving Your Kitchen No passport required! Learn why Lee surrounds himself with maps of wine regions around his home, office and wine bar, as you hear about the history of wine, tasting through the Old World (Europe and Middle East) and the New (The Americas, Australia and South Africa). Taste different grapes and styles from different regions and learn why "what grows together goes together."
December 17th 6-8 p.m. - at Brix and Columns Vineyards - Holiday Food and Wine Pairing Learn how sweetness and acidity impact the flavors of wine and how these characteristics influence food pairing.
