Joaquin graduated from EMU in 2016 with a bachelor of arts in Digital Media and Photography. Before completing his degree, Joaquin spent time working with the Sierra Club in California, The Hill newspaper in Washington DC, and the American Foreign Service Association, where he retains a resident photographer role.

Joaquin currently serves as EMU’s photographer and videographer. He is passionate about creating media that visualizes EMU’s core values of peace building, global awareness, sustainability, and service to others.
