Kate has built a career out of facilitating experiences and learning opportunities for business and community leaders from around the world and maximizing individual and organizational potential. Toward this end, she has completed coursework in Positive Psychology at Harvard University and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Immaculata University with specific coursework in the biological basis of behavior. Kate is a partner at Work Wisdom, LLC, an organizational behavior consulting firm located in Lancaster, PA where she helps individuals and organizations to achieve high performance through a focus on workplace well-being and emotional intelligence. Kate’s experience spans the globe from Europe and Asia to East Africa where she spent three years coordinating graduate-level courses for NGO leaders. She has served as research advisor in England and Washington, DC, and has worked as a Social Return on Investment Analyst, helping charities, NGOs, and social enterprises to better understand, quantify, and ultimately improve their impact. She is certified in equine-assisted therapy, and has co-facilitated graduate leadership courses utilizing equine-assisted learning techniques. Kate is also the co-founder of Intentional Tours, an experiential travel company which provides cross-cultural educational experiences in the Dominican Republic, Kenya, and Cambodia.
