This week, with no teams in action, Dave focuses on the upcoming Regional Cross Country meet. Jason Lewkowicz, head cross country coach reported on the ODAC championship at Hampden-Syndey where the women’s team finished second and the men’s team finished fourth. He also highlighted the individual accomplishments at the championships. Jason then describes the training process he develops for the teams throughout the season with all the preparation leading toward the regional meet. Besides the training, Jason talks about the chemistry of the team and how he works with the variety of personalities that are represented on his teams. Jason also gives a preview of the upcoming Regional meet on November 16 at Christopher Newport.
