EMU All Fall Student Athlete Orientation

Prior to campus arrival, all students will complete New Student Checklist.

8:30 - 10:30 AM	Check in - All new fall athletes	University Commons lower level
8:30 - 10:30 AM	Move in - All new residential athletes	Residence Halls (Housing assignments available by July 5 at MyEMU in Housing Tab.)
8:30 AM - 10:30 AM*	Get EMU ID - All new fall athletes - Help Desk open until 3:30PM	Library lower level
8:30 AM - 12:30 PM	Refreshments (complimentary coffee, iced tea, & lemonade)	UC Common Grounds
11 AM - 1 1:40 AM	Welcome Session - All new fall athletes	UC MainStage Theatre
11:45 AM - 12:30 PM	Parents of New Fall Student Athletes Meeting - All new families	UC MainStage Theatre
11:45 AM - 12:30 PM	New Fall Student Athletes - all new fall athletes	UC 177
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM	Lunch (Complimentary for new fall athletes and their families)	Dining Hall (Northlawn)
1:45 PM	Parents depart, goodbye to families
2 - 5 PM	Team Meetings, Concussion Testing, Medical Meeting, NCAA Meeting - All fall athletes	Various locations
5 - 6 PM	Dinner	Dining Hall (Northlawn)
6 - 9 PM	Team Meetings, Concussion Testing, Medical Meeting, NCAA Meeting - All fall athletes	Various locations
