CCRT/SART Conference

Harrisonburg, VA

Harrisonburg is part of the ancestral and unceded territory of the Monacan, Shawandasse, Tula, and Manahoac peoples. WE respectfully acknowledge these Indigenous Peoples, who have cared for the valley for hundreds of generations before European settlers claimed this land by force. We remember that this land was also sharped and developed through centuries of labor by enslaved Africans. We honor our past to move towards a liberated future.

EMU Campus Information

CamP-US Policies: EMU is a walking campus and discourages the use of motor vehicles to get between buildings. Parking permits are not needed on 9/22, but please observe parking signs, curbs, reserved spaces, and accessible parking. EMU does not permit possession or use of tobacco, alcohol, or firearms on campus.

Conference SP-ace buildings: All conference activities will take place in University Commons, 1307 Park Road. University Common has elevators and ramps, and houses Common Grounds where coffee and pastries will be available for purchase throughout the day.

CamP-US Dining: The Cafeteria is open from 7:30 - 10 a.m. for hot breakfast, 11 a.m. - 1:30 for hot lunch. Meals are $8 for guest. Friday's menu features: Vegetarian Fajita Pasta, Cajun Butter Tilapia, Herbed Brown Rice, French Fries, Vegetables, Taco Bar, Pizza Bar, Burger Bar, Deli Bar, and Salad Bar. The Royal's Den snack bar is open at 10 a.m. and serves breakfast all day. They have burgers, fries, sandwiches, wraps, fries, chicken tenders, etc.
