Cherelle Johnson is an Executive Coach, Instructor, and HR Strategist with a passion for education and leadership. She is the founder of IronDresses Inc., a non-profit enterprise dedicated to the empowerment and leadership development of women. As an author, her books serve as educational resources to promote and inspire faith and efficacy for leading ladies across the globe. Cherelle is a double alumna of James Madison University. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration as well as a Master of Science in Education degree and is a current Ph.D. candidate at Regent University in Organizational Leadership. With her present-day work as a College Instructor and Executive Coach, Cherelle supports her husband in leading Divine Unity Community Church (DUCC) where he is the Lead Pastor and Founder. DUCC is a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, and multi-generational church with one foot on the college campus and one foot in the surrounding community. Cherelle provides HR oversight and serves as the Director of the newly launched Leadership Institute (DULI); as it is her passion to encourage high-capacity business and church leaders. Cherelle is a forever-learner and champion of the motto “Leadership is not a level, it’s a lifestyle”
