In her over twenty-year career in education, Jennifer Kaufmann has taught Spanish and English Language Development. She has had experience teaching learners ranging in age from kindergarten to adults in Virginia and Pennsylvania. Jennifer currently serves as the English Language Development Consultant in the Manheim Township School District located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In this role, she is responsible for aligning the district’s ELD program with state and federal guidelines, acting as an instructional coach, planning and facilitating professional learning opportunities, and analyzing data to inform decisions about effective instruction. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Linguistics from Georgetown University, a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Eastern Mennonite University, and a Supervisory Certification in World Languages from Millersville University.
