Young Democrats Club

About Us

Young Democrats was founded out of both enthusiasm to make campus more politically active and aware as well as concern for our country's current state of affairs.  We've been inspired to promote much more political awareness.  We want to inform students and enable them to take political action.

What We Do

Founded at the beginning of the 2018-2019 school year, Young Democrats hit the ground running, heading up a large voter registration campaign leading up to the 2018 midterm election.  It has also canvassed for local political candidates and is currently working on organizing campus events, partisan and non-partisan, to increase political awareness in the student body.  Some events currently being planned include protest attendance and lobbying in DC.
