The Composer Collective

About Us

The Composer Collective is a music-oriented club of composers, singer-songwriters, and others who enjoy creating and/or listening to new-music. We gather to share our creations, learn from each other's experiences, and act as a support network for those engaged in the new-music field at EMU.

What we do

The Composer Collective's purpose is to assemble composers and aspiring creators in a space to stimulate conversation, inspiration, and collaboration. We strive to organize resources to aid in the conception, creation, and sharing of musical works, ideally allowing for opportunities to present club members’ work at EMU as well as in the greater community.
