Katharine Joy Dow

Katharine Dow is a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Agency for International Development, specializing in Democracy, Human Rights and Governance. She has served in Kenya, Afghanistan, Armenia, and Washington D.C. She has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Minnesota and an M.A. in Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding from Eastern Mennonite University. She is currently enrolled in a low-residency M.F.A. in Popular Fiction through Seton Hill University in Virginia/D.C. Area.
