Playing their first home ODAC Tournament game since 2006, EMU's soccer women suffered a disappointing 1-0 loss Monday night to ninth-seeded Randolph College. Soccer takes four-game winning streak into the postseason

The Royals earned a 2-0 win at Emory & Henry Saturday afternoon, eliminating the Wasps from postseason contention while also jumping themselves over rival Bridgewater into sixth place in the ODAC. The men secured a bye out of the first round, and now advance directly into the ODAC Tournament quarterfinals. Royals put pressure on Hornets, end season 7-10

The future looks bright for the field hockey women. Despite knowing they were out of the playoff picture going into Saturday's season finale against Lynchburg, the Royals played one of their better games of the year. Eastern Mennonite had the ODAC-leading Hornets tied up at halftime before eventually falling by a final of 4-1. They end the year with a record of 7-10 overall, including 2-6 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.
