EMU alum Frank Albrecht '80, MA '01, a beloved educator for the School District of Lancaster (Pennsylvania), died from Lou Gehrig’s disease on Saturday, Aug. 24, at the age of 66. A memorial service for Albrecht was held on Monday, Aug. 26. In March, he was honored at the Pennsylvania State Capitol for his decades of selfless dedication to the students of the School District of Lancaster.
