Despite deteriorating conditions throughout the tournament, EMU freshman Olyvia Longacre (Telford, Pa./Christopher Dock) proved to be one of the most consistent women at the ODAC Championships. The three-day tournament was held at the Stoney Creek Golf Course in Wintergreen Resort, wrapping up Tuesday. Longacre shot rounds of 98, 99 and 99, holding at 22nd out of 30 golfers. She totaled a score of 296 (+80) for her first conference championship. The freshman finished the year with an average round score of 91.5. Bridgewater's Christina Herbert used a seven-stroke lead after the first day to earn a six-stroke win for the individual medalist honors. She carded a 229 (+13).
