Here’s a rare opportunity to see top-notch men’s volleyball locally – Eastern Mennonite University is hosting the Molten Division III Men’s Invitational Volleyball Championships Friday and Saturday, Apr. 16-17.
EMU will participate in the tournament along with West Coast power the University of California at Santa Cruz, Medaille College of Buffalo, N.Y., and No. 1-ranked Juniata College of Huntingdon, Pa. (EMU is the only Div. III school south of the Mason-Dixon Line to play men’s volleyball).
The first-round match between UCSC and Medaille will be played at 5 p.m. Friday, to be followed by Juniata vs. EMU at approximately 7 p.m. in the University Commons main arena.
The consolation round is set for 11:30 a.m. Saturday, followed by the championship game.
Admission is only $3 and $5; children 5 and under are free. No passes honored.
