Dwight has extensive experience in Technology, Web Development, Conflict Transformation, and Facilitation. In his current role, his team oversees the development and content of Mercy Corps’ public facing website: www.mercycorps.org. In addition to his skills as a web developer, Dwight pays particular attention to building positive team culture and thinking holistically about systems and change management. Dwight has also previous served as the Director of Technology in a start-up company, where he oversaw and directed all aspects of enterprise architecture and technical operations.
Dwight is also an experienced conflict transformation facilitator, teaching university classes in community mediation and conducting conflict transformation trainings in the United States, Indonesia and Northeast India.
