Patrick M. Campbell serves as the Senior Planning Manager for Mass Care Operations for the Department of Health and Human Services. He is the operational and planning lead for the department focusing on large displacements and emergency response. Just prior to this role Patrick was the Senior Disaster Program Manager for the Red Cross in Virginia. During his tenure he served in numerous leadership positions during large-scale disaster. And he deployed around the United States for disaster response to provided disaster relief and recovery services. He was awarded the Governor Fire Service Award for his efforts with Red Cross to help prepare his community from disaster and fires. More then his career Patrick is a husband to Adriana Rojas a Professor at EMU and Daddy to Lila. He considers himself both an emergency manager and humanitarian.
