Previously, Ruth was Regional Representative for Mennonite Central Committee for India, Nepal and Afghanistan. Prior to that she co-directed with Howard Zehr the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding program located at Eastern Mennonite University, giving primary attention to overall administrative leadership for the full program and oversight of CJP’s Summer Peacebuilding Institute and the Practice Institute.
Ruth was with the CJP program in various administrative positions since its inception in 1994. Formerly she served eight years in southeast Asia in church administration for Eastern Mennonite Missions.
