Michelle lives in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario and has been working in Canada and the U.S. with Just Outcomes Consulting since 2022. Her work includes coming alongside organizations and systems to deepen their capacity for restorative approaches to conflict and harm, as well as for proactively building restorative values and practices into culture and policies.
Prior to 2022, Michelle worked for 8 years at the Kindred Credit Union Centre for Peace Advancement (CPA) at the University of Waterloo. From 2013-2023, Michelle co-taught a course on Restorative Justice at the University of Waterloo. She is also co-author of The Little Book of Restorative Justice and Sexual Abuse with two other EMU alumni.
