Shenandoah Valley Boychoir
The SVCC Boychoir is a six-week experience for boys who like to sing. Boys will play games, learn good vocal techniques and basic reading skills, and sing lots of engaging, boy-friendly repertoire! Boys will share the music they have learned in a short program for parents and friends in late May.
Boys ages 7-18 with unchanged, changing, and changed voices are encouraged to participate. No audition is necessary. Ability to match pitch is helpful but not required.
The choir will meet for six weeks in April and May on Mondays from 4:45-6:15 p.m. Specific dates are April 15, 22, 29 and May 6, 13, and 20.
Rehearsals are at EMU’s Martin Chapel, Seminary Building.
The cost is $50. Please make check payable to SVCC-EMU.
Complete and return the SVCC Boychoir registration form (Word document) to SVCC-EMU, 1200 Park Rd, Harrisonburg, VA 22802.
