Web-Based Surveys

The Office of Institutional Research & Effectiveness facilitates program evaluation in part by managing a web-based survey system for campus users. The system allows us to gather and analyze custom survey data from audiences of interest, both on and off campus. If you are planning on developing and administering a web-based survey, please refer to the following guidelines:

Step 1 – Read the Web-Based Survey Policy, which defines who may request surveys, describes the scheduling of surveys, and outlines relevant practices regarding the rights of human subjects in research.

Step 2 – Review the EMU survey calendar for a sense of what other surveys are scheduled by others in the EMU community.
