*Judith Trumbo has served as Director of Home and Community Health at Rockingham Memorial Hospital since 1988. She is responsible for business planning, clinical, operational and financial management of the hospital-based home health agency and community health programs some of which are grant funded. She serves on the United Way Board, RMH Foundation Board, Chamber of Commerce Board, and Generations Crossing Board. Ms. Trumbo earned a M.B.A. from James Madison University in1989 and a B.S.N. from Eastern Mennonite University in November 1982.
