Half Hour Classes: $10/EMU Student, $19 EMU Faculty/Staff, $27 Community Member, $5 Single Day Pass
Prices are for one 12 week course. For all classes: No refunds after the first day of class.

-Half Hour Boot Camp

The class is 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) focusing on cardio and strength development through a variety of training methods. All experience levels are welcome.

A practice that links movement with breath to create a continuity from one posture to the next. Accessible to all levels, expect basic standing and seated postures, strengthening and stretching poses.
