- Zumba
Tuesdays 4:45 – 5:45 PM
Starting: May 7
Instructor: Julianne Ross
Offered for 6 weeks. Sign up at the Fitness Center. Cost $10/EMU Student, $25 EMU Faculty/Staff, $35 Community Member, Prices are for the entire course. You may purchase a single day pass for $8.

- Vinyasa Yoga
Wednesday afternoons 12:30 – 1:30pm

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that combines movement with breathing, power and balance, strength and flexibility, concentration and relaxation. All levels are welcome.

This international craze is going on right now! When you love your workout, results come easy! That’s why every Jazzercise group fitness class blends jazz dance, Pilates, kickboxing movements and strength training into fun dance routines set to today’s hottest music. This combination of dance-based cardio, strength training and stretching helps to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles for maximum fat burn. All ages and fitness levels welcome! Open to the community! It is open enrollment so come on by!
