Fall Semester 2015 Exercise Classes
This semester we will be offering Yoga, Zumba, and Pilates classes. You can register for all classes online at the websites below or you can buy a day pass at the front desk.
Full Hour Classes: $20/EMU Student, $50 EMU Faculty/Staff, $65 Community Member, $5 Single Day Pass
Prices are for one 12 week course. For all classes: No refunds after the first day of class.

A practice that links movement with breath to create a continuity from one posture to the next. Accessible to all levels, expect basic standing and seated postures, strengthening and stretching poses.
