General Management MBA Program
EMU's MBA program focuses on developing your management skills, leadership strengths, and stewardship strategies. Curriculum
- 36 credit hours
- Usually completed in 2 years or 24 consecutive months.
- 3 hour capstone course in the final semester
- Online, accelerated format designed for working adults
Prerequisites (8 SH)
Students are expected to complete the following prerequisites as a condition for admission to the EMU MBA program:
- Financial Accounting (2 credits)
- Introduction to Finance (3 credits)
All prereqs offered in an online format in the fall, spring, and summer

- OLS 515 – Introduction to Leadership Studies

- MBA 625 – Strategic Marketing Management
- OLS 560 – Leadership Seminar
- MBA 560 – Stewardship, Innovation, and Social Entrepreneurship or Elective
- OLS 540 – Managerial Accounting and Finance I
- MBA 555 – Human Resource Management or Elective
- MBA 629 – Data Analytics
- MBA 640 – Managerial Finance and Accounting II
- MBA 650 – Sustainable Organizations for the Common Good (Costa Rica Capstone)
