Conflict Transformation Training

The Shalom Collaboratory at Eastern Mennonite Seminary offeres a variety of training programs for theologically informed conflict transformation skills.

In these clinics, short courses, workshops, and webinars, participants learn how to implement an adaptive leadership approach to transform conflicts in the creative spirit of Godly imagination, incorporate strategies for trauma awareness and resilience into their ministry practices, and take up other practical approaches to the troubles our congregations routinely encounter.

Find information below on what trainings are scheduled for this season. These programs will be offered in accessible, compact formats—like half-day and one-day workshops—delivered on campus, online, and in hybrid formats. We are also welcoming inquiries for custom and on-location trainings (see the bottom of the page for more information).
