Lowe also gives a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/emu.edu\/now\/news\/2019\/02\/fsu-professor-john-lowe-81-to-speak-on-health-equity-and-indigenous-nursing-research\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Suter Science Series lecture<\/a>&nbsp;today at 4 p.m.<a href=\"https:\/\/nursing.fsu.edu\/research\/center-indigenous-nursing-research-health-equity\/center-leadership\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr. John Lowe<\/a>, RN, PhD, FAAN, serves as Professor for Health Disparities Research and Executive Director&nbsp;of the Center for Indigenous Nursing Research for Health Equity at the Florida State University College of Nursing.&nbsp;Lowe&nbsp;earned his bachelor\u2019s degree in nursing from EMU in 1981, his master\u2019s degree from Oral Roberts University, and his doctorate in nursing research from the University of Miami.
