He holds a PhD from\u00a0the Department of Communication and Journalism, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gauhati.ac.in\/\">Gauhati University<\/a>, Assam India. His PhD dissertation is entitled the &#8220;Role of Print Media in the Conflict Situation of Assam with special reference to ULFA.\u201d See some of his academic work <a href=\"https:\/\/independent.academia.edu\/BordoloiParanjoy\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He is currently working as a State Information, Education &amp; Communication Officer for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tbcindia.org\/rntcp.asp\">Revised National Tuberculosis Program (RNTCP)<\/a> where he is responsible to develop as well as implement communication strategy for the programme in the state.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from his official work and academic engagements, he has been actively associated with a few community organizations and working for youth development.
