Her\u200b \u200bleading edge work providing ombudsman on\u200b \u200bcall services for a variety of clients and her mediation\u200b \u200bexpertise allow her the ability to work in her areas of passion.<\/p>\n<p>Dawn completed a 20+ year sales management career with AT&amp;T. During her years in corporate America\u200b \u200bshe learned to address workplace conflict in\u200b \u200ba positive and productive manner. Dawn pursued and\u200b \u200bearned her Master\u2019s Degree in Conflict Transformation from Eastern Mennonite University, and\u200b \u200bapplied\u200b \u200bher learnings within the corporate space.
