{"id":1751,"date":"2011-02-18T15:33:32","date_gmt":"2011-02-18T19:33:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/emu.edu\/now\/peacebuilder\/?post_type=cjp_alumni&#038;p=1751"},"modified":"2018-01-24T11:57:00","modified_gmt":"2018-01-24T15:57:00","slug":"soula-pefkaros","status":"publish","type":"cjp_alumni","link":"https:\/\/emu.edu\/now\/peacebuilder\/cjp-alumni\/soula-pefkaros\/","title":{"rendered":"Soula Pefkaros"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.soulapefkaros.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Soula<\/a> is currently working on her doctoral research to complete her PhD in Depth Psychology, emphasis in Community Psychology, Liberation Psychology, and Ecopsychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.<\/p>\n<p>For her dissertation, she has created a gardening and food skills curriculum intended for incarcerated individuals.
