Tyler draws much of his practice from The Little Book of Restorative Justice for Colleges and Universities by David Karp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his current role as Area Coordinator for Campus Life at Eastern Mennonite University, Tyler oversees the recruitment and training of student personnel who serve as Community Advisors and Hall Directors managing undergraduate residence halls.
