I am a highly relational, collaborative, and creative leader. I hold an unwavering commitment to transform organizations to become more equitable and just for all people. I firmly believe that organizational learning and success emerges from proactive culture building to cultivate both psychological safety and accountability; therefore, as a leader, I strive to create environments where people and teams have mutual trust, safety to be their authentic selves, ability to experiment \/ take risks, and a compelling vision and purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am passionate about learning, educating, and engaging across worldviews to transform systems for positive social change. I earned my Master of Arts degree in Transformational Leadership at the Center for Justice & Peacebuilding, where I learned and applied theories and skills for facilitation, conflict transformation, and organizational leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Eastern Mennonite University (EMU)<\/a>, I lead with an amazing team of recruiters and staff; we are dedicated to support EMU’s mission to prepare students to serve and lead in a global context by developing and executing recruitment strategies that inform, excite, inspire, and foster a deep sense of belonging for prospective students and their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a wide range of communication and adaptive problem-solving skills and I am proficient in Salesforce and Pardot, which I use to manage and optimize EMU’s admissions and recruitment processes and campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
