She returned to the Sarasota-based company in 2015 to manage the content, communications and marketing team. Gingerich was promoted to her role as director of marketing in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of her recent contributions was spearheading search engine optimization for the company\u2019s flagship Amish furniture website www.dutchcrafters.com.
