Rosenberger, who works from the Philadelphia office, has been honored before by the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The firm\u2019s attorneys were recognized for their expertise in the practice areas of labor and employment, workers\u2019 compensation, and employee benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<aside class=\"highlight highlight-right\"><a href=\"https:\/\/emu.edu\/now\/news\/2019\/real-joy-in-improving-lives-through-labor-law-amy-rosenberger-85\/\">Read more about Amy Rosenberger &#8217;85<\/a>.<\/aside>\n\n\n\n<p>Rosenberger was profiled in <a href=\"https:\/\/emu.edu\/now\/news\/2019\/real-joy-in-improving-lives-through-labor-law-amy-rosenberger-85\/\">the spring\/summer 2019 issue of Crossroads alumni magazine<\/a>. Her mother predicted a career in law when her eight-year-old daughter was making the argument for spending time with a friend. (Photo by Jon Styer)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As an eight-year-old, she had had \u201cno idea\u201d what her mother had been talking about \u2013 \u201cbut I certainly do now,\u201d she said. \u201cIt is still thrilling to be able to help right a wrong for an individual employee, or to help ensure fair treatment for a group of workers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A program of Thomson Reuters, Pennsylvania Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers who, through a peer review and independent research process, have been identified as attaining a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. <strong>Only the top 5 percent of Pennsylvania\u2019s 50,000 lawyers and the top 2.5 percent of up-and-coming Pennsylvania lawyers are named to the Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates are evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement, including verdicts and settlements; honors and awards; special licenses and certifications; pro bono and community service efforts; and scholarly lectures and writings.
