She had three multi-hit games and also earned six walks against no strikeouts. In Wednesday&#8217;s win over King&#8217;s, Foltz was a perfect 2-for-2 with two walks at the plate, scoring three runs while driving in a fourth.<\/p>\n<p>The third baseman was also a defensive catalyst, committing just one error in 17 chances.<\/p>\n<p>The Royals are 8-0 on the season, the best start in the 38 years of EMU&#8217;s program, and are the final remaining undefeated team in the ODAC.<\/p>\n<p>Including the previous Sunday&#8217;s games, which were part of the previous week for player of the week consideration, Foltz is eighth in the ODAC with a .516 on-base percentage. She leads EMU with 11 runs scored and is tied for second with seven RBIs. Foltz has personally accounted for 33% of the team&#8217;s 55 runs.<\/p>\n<p>A two-time All-ODAC player, this is the first ODAC Player of the Week award for Foltz.<\/p>\n<p>The Royals return to action on Thursday at Mary Baldwin.
