The EMU dining hall, affectionately nicknamed “the Caf,” is on the ground floor of the Northlawn dormitory. Open 7a.m. - 7p.m., the Caf boasts hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, a huge selection of drinks, two salad bars, waffle stations, a deli sandwich bar, an ice cream bar, and a combination of banquet and round table seating. Plus, we regularly have special dining events – like soul food night, a Thanksgiving feast, and milkshakes made to order!
